German Apple Cake
Sweet and delicious this cake will make you giddy with happiness.
We had an Oktoberfest party last year and I was on the hunt for a few good German Recipes. Pinterest is always a good sport at research when you need help with ideas. When Pinterest and I parted ways for the evening, I came away with a number of recipes to try and one dessert recipe that I have kept in my arsenal since that weekend.
My mom had a plethora of apples this year, so I had a few stocked in my fridge for that rainy day. Well, that rainy day was here and gone and I still had those apples. What better then the apple cake that my daughter and I love (I do make this with plant butter so she can have it).
It’s uber delicious a little warm with some vanilla ice cream!
